Played badminton ytd.....though i have gain in weight....my stamina has sumhow nt decrease but increase sia....then after playing go walk walk lor....then hc went off cos he gt work....then i oso sort of PS my frens la...go walk walk wif my ex-collagues....sry to my frens.....
